Born and raised in Laie, I have had the opportunity to live, learn, and breathe my cultural heritage.  I am truly blessed to be surrounded by great people who have shared their wealth of knowledge with me.  A lifetime of dancing and singing has helped me master the art of Polynesian Dancing.  I was a Cultural Performance Supervisor at the Polynesian Cultural Center for 15 years, and have choreographed numerous performances including performances seen worldwide.  In 2002, TeHamata became a dream come true when I was finally able to give back to my leaders, my community, and my heritage what has made me the person I am today.  I strive to educate people young and old of all backgrounds, the spirit of our ancestors through song and dance.
